Gene Hankey started Xpert Machining Inc (XMI) in 1994 after an extensive career as a tool and die journeyman and tooling engineer. XMI began manufacturing grips in 1994. We have supplied replacement grips for all major brands of testing equipment.  All of our grips are marked with an “XMI’ stamp.  Anyone that has used our grips will recognize the quality and durability that is built in.
